Fly Fishing
In this project, members will learn about the equipment needed for fly fishing, the rules and regulations on PEI for fly fishing, safety and etiquette when fly fishing as well as reviewing how to handle fish respectfully. Members will learn how to tie knots and learn the skills needed for fly tying, making their own flies for Achievement Day.

Archery
This project will provide insights into essential safety precautions, effective techniques, and the necessary equipment needed to participate in the sport of Archery! This is a sport where members get together and shoot at targets and silhouettes, while having a great time!

Beekeeping
In this introductory project, members will explore how honey bees live and survive in colonies, how humans can help them to do this and also reap some delicious rewards. Some activities may include learning about the different types of bees, understanding the social structure of the bees, dissecting a honey bee, creating seed bombs to launch into nature to create ideal bee habitats and visiting a beehive with a beekeeper to explore this exciting profession/hobby.

Welcome to the world of bugs! Entomology, also known as the study of insects, is a branch of science that has proven to be instrumental in understanding the natural world happening around us. This project aims to teach members how to properly catch, study and identify some of the smallest animals in our ecosystems so that they too can gain respect and understanding of these little critters!
