Foods: International Agriculture

In this project, members will explore a diverse range of foods consumed globally (and likely featured in local cuisine) that are not produced on a large scale locally. They can research the cultivation and processing methods of these foods, sample them in their natural state, utilize the ingredients, compare international agricultural practices with those locally, and even attempt to grow some of these foods themselves.
