Project Information Page

The P.I.P. will tell you everything you need to know about this project: and how to successfully complete the 4-H year.

Do you have a project idea that 4-H PEI doesn’t offer? Have you checked the 4-H LEARNS library? Sometimes 4-H Leaders or Members have a project idea that 4-H doesn’t offer… yet! This project is a leader directed project involving the creation of a NEW 4-H project or skill that they would like to share with members.

There is a form is to be filled out by the project leader, and submitted to your 4-H Specialist before you start the project AND no later than December 15th (some exceptions may apply please check with your 4-H specialist)

* Project leaders will need to contact the 4-H Office to get a copy of the project application  form. *

Project Completion Requirements: Documents to print

In order to participate in summer exhibitions and receive credit for completing this project members must have the following documents completed and displayed in their Member Portfolio at their Club's Achievement Day event:

  1. Print and fill out one copy of the following: Portfolio Documentation

  2. Print and fill out this page for the this project: Project Page Documentation

It is the responsibility of the leader to ensure that this form is submitted before the listed deadline:

  • Project Outline (see Leader Resource below) - Annual Deadline: December 15th
